Is there anybody that is familiar with Mikhail Gorbachev's autograph? I have contacted him for his autograph through his foundation. I am also looking for value of his signature. Here is what I received.

As an american collector, I was always fascinated with the collectors in russia and soviet union and the exhibitions that are held. I had a subscription to philately USSR in the mid to late 1980's and have inquired about an english edition. Back then I was told it would be cost prohibitive. Is the magazine in electronic form now? I hope to contribute to this forum. I want to find a collector in russia to do short translations of articles from philately ussr.
