The next four pictures are all of the bottom two rows in the top right block in the sheet, so positions 36-40 and 46-50. All have the "fat 3" in position 50. The first picture is, I think, the oldest version of this sheet. It has the "missing 5" in position 48: http://www.ivosteijn.com/Kolchak1.jpg The second picture has the error corrected.
